What is your Freshness Guarantee?

How do I enter a shipping address?
A shipping information page will be presented where you can enter a separate shipping address and the shipping method can be chosen.
What is the delivery fee?
The delivery fee is based on distance from your closest hub and your basket size – the higher your basket value, the lower the delivery fee. You'll find your exact delivery fee during checkout.
I forgot to add something to my order. Can I still change it?
No, we're sorry! We start packing your order right away so it arrives to you quickly. As a result, it is very difficult to make changes after placing the order.

At Fasty, you can order 7 days a week. The opening time from 7am to 22 pm/weekends till 23 pm

No, we don't sell (e-)cigarettes.

Can I pay in cash when my order is delivered?
No, you cannot. You pay when you place the order using one of our several online payment options.
Why do I sometimes have to wait longer for my order?
During busy times, delivery may take a little longer than usual. The estimated delivery time will be displayed before placing your order. If you need more information after an irregular delay, our customer care team is happy to help.
I regularly see your riders riding. How can I become a Fasty rider?
We are regularly looking for new riders throughout Kumasi. You can sign up here to become a rider or warehouse employee.

Refund can be giving depending on the items purchase not all items can be refunded
